Our Friday community class is totally free — because we know how much a safe, supportive movement space can mean. This is your sign to show up for yourself without pressure or price tags. Perfect for all levels, including Pre & Postpartum Mama's - no experience needed. Just book online, bring your mat, and come as you are. We see you. Feel Good Flow is a gentle and mindful style of Vinyasa yoga. It combines the flowing movements of Vinyasa with a slower pace, allowing for more time in each pose. This practice emphasises deep breathing and deliberate transitions between poses, making it perfect for those looking to build strength and flexibility without the rush.
