Is Body Roll
painful?
Not at all but if you're new to Bodi Roll, it's important to start at a moderate intensity and gradually build up speed. We will guide you through the correct settings to ease into the treatment safely and comfortably.
What should I
wear & bring?
We recommend lightweight, fitted activewear such as leggings and a fitted top or sports bra. Socks are essential for your session and can be purchased if needed.
Please bring a water bottle and stay well hydrated before and after your session for the best results.
Is Body Roll safe for everyone?
Body roll is safe for most people, but may not be suitable for certain conditions or specifically pregnancy. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before booking.
Will I feel any
side effects?
Most people feel great after a session but some may notice mild temporary effects (increased thirst, needing to use the bathroom more often, headaches or slight light-headedness). This is a natural response as your circulation and lymphatic system are stimulated.
