For a heated class, we recommend wearing lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking clothing to help keep you cool and comfortable. Here are some specific suggestions:

• Tops: Wear a fitted tank top or sports bra. Avoid heavy or loose-fitting shirts as they can become uncomfortable when damp.

• Bottoms: Opt for shorts or lightweight leggings made from moisture-wicking fabric. These will help you stay cool and dry.

• Footwear: Grip socks are an essential for all classes. If you do not have at home, these are sold in studio.

• Accessories: Bring a large towel to wipe off sweat and consider a headband or sweatband to keep hair and sweat out of your face.

For most of our classes, footwear is not required. All classes can be done barefoot, which helps you stay grounded as you move. Here are the specifics:

• Yoga, Barre, and Pilates: These classes are designed to be done barefoot. This enhances your connection to the ground and improves stability and balance.

• Body Sculpt: Trainers are advised but not essential for Body Sculpt classes. If you prefer to wear footwear, trainers can provide extra support during the workout.

• Non-Slip Socks: For extra grip, especially on smooth studio floors, non-slip socks are a great option. These can help prevent slipping while still allowing you to feel grounded.

We understand that plans can change, so we have a 12-hour cancellation policy in place. Here’s how it works:

• Cancellation Window: You can cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the class start time without any penalty.

• Late Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will be charged for the class. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your class within this period to a later date or time. This flexibility ensures you don’t miss out on your workout while helping us manage class sizes and instructor schedules.

• How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule a class, log in to your account on our website or app, go to your bookings, and select the class you wish to adjust. If you have any trouble canceling or rescheduling online, please contact us as soon as possible.
