About the event
Join us as we celebrate the launch of Bodi Bar at Alive 🤎
This special event brings together our signature movement and recovery experience in one beautifully curated morning.
We will begin with a 45 minute Pilates class led by Amy, designed to energise, sculpt and connect you to your body. After class, stay and enjoy a relaxed social moment with light snacks and bubbles.
As part of the experience, 15 guests will have the opportunity to try a guided 5 minute body roll session on our Bodi Bar machines. This is a first taste of this powerful recovery and circulation practice.
This is more than just a class. It is a chance to experience what Bodi Bar is all about, connect with the community and celebrate this exciting new chapter with us.
Spaces are limited and booking is essential.
