We’ll move together with intention, laughter, and rhythm - guided through music, prompts, and facilitation that invites you to let go, play, and connect. Of course, you’re free to flow in your own way too - but we promise the facilitation brings an energy that’s next level.
After the boogie, we’ll give back with a beach cleanup 🌍 - bring a bag and let’s leave the shoreline better than we found it.
