There is something about being outside that makes you feel a little more alive.
The fresh air. The sunshine. Moving your body. Laughing with other women. Sitting on a picnic blanket with a mimosa in hand and nowhere else you need to be.
On Saturday 3 October, Alive. and Audacia are bringing 50 women together for a morning dedicated to exactly that.
We’ll begin with one of our signature Alive. silent disco movement experiences beside the dam. You’ll pop on your headphones, turn up the music and move with us through a fun, feel good session designed for every body and every fitness level.
This isn’t about getting the moves perfect. It’s about letting go, moving, laughing and enjoying yourself.
