Get it done and feel amazing. In the first 30 minutes, we go hard with dynamic cardio and core-focused moves to raise your heart rate, strengthen your abs, and push your limits. Then, we slow it down with 15 minutes of guided stretching to release tension, improve flexibility, and help your body recover. A quick, powerful workout that leaves you strong, loose, and ready for whatever’s next. All levels welcome - just move at your pace, and we’ll cheer you on.
